We respectfully and gratefully acknowledge that the work we do takes place on Treaty 7 territory — the traditional and ancestral homelands of the Blackfoot Confederacy (comprising the Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani Nations), the Tsuut’ina Nation, and the Îyârhe Nakoda Nations (including the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Goodstoney First Nations). This territory is also part of the historic homelands of the Otipemisiwak Métis Government of the Métis Nation within Region 3 of the Métis Nation of Alberta.
