Graham McKelvieBoard Director
Graham thrives in the outdoors, whether he’s hiking mountains, paddling on a lake, or cruising down a bike path. But his passion extends far beyond personal enjoyment. Graham finds his true fulfillment in fuelling a love for the outdoors in others. Being part of a team dedicated to connecting youth with the natural world. Witnessing their wonder as they explore a forest for the first time, their determination as they conquer a short climb, or the camaraderie that builds around a campfire – these are the moments that truly motivate him.

Thomas GehlenBoard Director
Tom joined the board in 2025 after moving from London to Calgary. An avid skier and hiker who grew up in Germany without immediate mountain access, he deeply appreciates the privilege of reaching untouched nature so easily. Tom uses his finance background to help more youth experience the transformative power of the backcountry.
